Privacy in this beta.

Sign-in and registration

Our hosting provider supplies the current sign-in service. Flipi receives a site-specific user identifier and the available account email. Registration does not ask for your name, region, buying role or calculation targets.

Your consent records

We store your account identifier, accepted terms version, acceptance time, email marketing choice and the times and wording versions of changes. If you choose marketing emails, we store the email supplied by your sign-in for that purpose. If you opt out, the active marketing email field is cleared and your choice is recorded. The beta does not currently send marketing emails.

Optional phone number

After registration, you can add or remove a contact phone number in Account settings. It is stored with your account and is not verified or used for account recovery, security checks or SMS marketing.

Your controls

Marketing is optional. You can switch it off in My Account without closing your account or accepting new terms. Your consent records remain linked to your account until you delete its data. Deleting your Flipi account data removes the active account and its consent records; it does not delete your external sign-in account or hosting authentication records. Data supplied through the earlier profile form may remain in an existing account until it is deleted; new registration does not collect those details.

Sales Dashboard

Deals you save in Sales Dashboard are stored in Flipi’s database under your signed-in account. They include vehicle details, dates, purchase and sale prices, costs and any notes you enter. You can edit or delete individual deals. Deleting your Flipi account data also deletes these saved deals. Avoid entering other people’s personal information in notes.

Calculator information

Calculator figures stay in your browser unless you choose Save scenario on this device. That saved scenario remains in this browser until removed using the browser’s site-data controls. It is separate from your cloud profile.

Advert review

If AI review is activated, submitting the review form with consent sends the supplied text and compressed images to OpenAI. Flipi does not currently save these advert inputs or AI results to its database. Provider handling follows the API service’s applicable terms and policies. Do not submit unnecessary personal or sensitive details.

Other services

The site runs on Sites infrastructure and uses Google Fonts. Hosting and authentication services may process operational records under their own policies. This beta has no advertising or analytics integration.

Before public launch

This is an operational description of the private beta. The responsible business’s identity, contact details, full retention policy and customer privacy information must be completed before public registration opens.
